Welcome to Lifstay Baloi. To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our house rules and stay policies.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards.
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 (12:00 PM) noon.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please coordinate with our team in advance.
Identification: A valid government-issued ID (KTP/Passport) is required upon check-in.

2. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required upon arrival.
This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or violations of the terms of stay.

3. Occupancy & Guests

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the booked unit type.
Lifstay Baloi reserves the right to refuse entry or charge additional fees for unregistered guests.

4. House Rules

No Smoking: All units are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside the unit.
No Pets: To maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 07:00 (7:00 AM) to respect the privacy of other residents.
Cleanliness: While we provide housekeeping services, we appreciate guests maintaining basic cleanliness within the unit during their stay.

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit, furniture, or equipment during their stay.
Lifstay Baloi by Orange Sky Indonesia is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please ensure your valuables are stored securely.

6. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited drugs, gambling, or any conduct that violates Indonesian law, are strictly forbidden.
Any violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund and may be reported to the authorities.
