1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) onwards.

• Check-Out Time: By 12:00 (12:00 PM) noon.

• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please coordinate with our team in advance.

• Identification: A valid government-issued ID (KTP/Passport) is required upon check-in.

2. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required upon arrival.

• This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or violations of the terms of stay.

3. Occupancy & Guests

• The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the booked unit type.

• Lifstay Baloi reserves the right to refuse entry or charge additional fees for unregistered guests.

4. House Rules

• No Smoking: All units are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside the unit.

• No Pets: To maintain hygiene and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 07:00 (7:00 AM) to respect the privacy of other residents.

• Cleanliness: While we provide housekeeping services, we appreciate guests maintaining basic cleanliness within the unit during their stay.

5. Damage and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the unit, furniture, or equipment during their stay.

• Lifstay Baloi by Orange Sky Indonesia is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Please ensure your valuables are stored securely.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities, including the use of prohibited drugs, gambling, or any conduct that violates Indonesian law, are strictly forbidden.

• Any violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund and may be reported to the authorities.
